Staff at the Kigali Serena are gracious and helpful. Rooms are lovely and spacious, are spotlessly clean and there is a turn down service. We stayed here at the start and end of a trip around Rwanda, and loved it both times. We were welcomed, staff couldn't be anymore helpful and rooms were great. Loved the huge breakfast and enjoyed snacks by the pool for lunch...great place, safe location and usual great Rwandan welcome and hospitability.
