The camping facilities offered is very little more than camping in the "veld" in a dry riverbed with a warning of flooding. The ablution facilities were not adequate or clean! Would not recommend this unless you REALLY want to rough it! I was told there is place when I phoned in and allocated a stand - I could never find... More

Arebbusch is a great option on the outskirts of Windhoek (very easily navigated from the main road out of the centre). The grounds seemed very safe & were secure with meticulously groomed gardens. The Arebbusch Lodge was a very pleasant surprise. The lodge is fairly spread out over very nicely landscaped grounds. Everything looked modern and very well-maintained and the pool area looked very inviting, even though it was only about 10C outside.
