Stayed for few days here. The rooms are ok(clean, air conditioned) BUT the problem is customer care. Some of the ladies at the reception are abit rude-Quite unfriendly.
Now, the restaurant is the main problem.Its either a problem of lack of training, overworked or ignorance. Its more terrible during breakfast. There is one of the girls there always mump(stony face). The breakfirst service is slow and irritating. The waiters have a queer attitude, except one. For me the restaurant service is a complete NO, NO. I had to check out after 2 days(together with about 10 other colleagues attending a conference there.
I think some capacity building is necessary on customer care and hospitality management. Otherwise the hotel has potential to offer better services.
