I stayed only for one night in this hotel, so I don't pretend to be able to give a complete picture of this hotel. the room was ok, not big but not small either. the rooms are pretty cruddy. i liked the one place in west africa that i stayed in that has a free breakfast buffet and the waffles arent half bad. otherwise, it has a good location and the lobby/restuarnat areas are pretty nice so just avoid your room. oh, and when i was there there was wireless in the rooms but... more

This was my third of fourth stay at Novotel in Accra. Actually I prefer to stay at Golden Tulip when they offer reasonable rates, but when the lower price rooms are not available I switch to Novotel. The hotel was clean and location seemed alright. The problem is the rooms do not accommodate travels who want comfortable separate beds. They had one queen size in the room and the "bed" is a couch, that they turn into a tiny single bed. It is completely ridiculous. An average hotel. Rooms need a an upgrade. Good to see though that there is free wireless in the lobby/restaurant area. (better than most hotels that seem to think it is appropriate to slug people extortionsit prices for internet access). Why not go one better Novotel Accra and offer the free wireless in the rooms? I'd stay there again. more

As the second hotel in the second country of a trip in the region this was a bit of a contrast to the first. Not our first choice but due to a presidential visit became our only choice.
