Stayed for two weeks. Hotel is clean, in a good area, close to a pub and other easily accessible stores. Rooms are a decent size, bathrooms have decent facilities. Enjoyed my 9 day stay at the Siyonat, primarily because of the helpful staff, large junior suite, very safe, quiet location, and proximity to Fusion Bistro, Cupcake Delights Bakery and Medhane Alem Cathedral, The airport shuttle service is efficient, breakfast buffet is abundant, and the hotel staff are eager to please, gentle and polite. Stayed there as part of a mission. Staff were very helpful. There's a cupcake shop just down the street and a restaurant called the beer garden across the street. Cheap eats at the beer garden. Clean and comfortable rooms

over booking is normal at hotel siyonat in all pick seasons.even they can make 56 rooms reservation for the same night,but they only have 40 rooms,this indicates that they only thinking about their business regardless the comfort of guest guests.

Top notch personalized service. The maid even folded my clothes. Definitely a better experience than expected and the price is right. Location is convenient and safe. I also appreciated the nice firm mattress.

A nice devoloping area, hotel is average and very simple. It is clean and decent. Rooms have all the minimums. You can prefer if you travel on a low budget and looking for a place just to sleep in. No fancy
