Great hotel if you compare price to quality of other hotels in Addis. Clean, friendly, good service. No big lobby or restaurant, but not really necessary with the Bole area and Friendship building nearby. Only the breakfast is poor. They are understaffed there so you have to ask every morning for the same basics like cups, etc.

This is a good quality hotel (not a lodge) rating about 3* relative to other hotels in Addis. One big problem is that the doors to the rooms do not have any rubber stop gaps so slamming doors throughout the night is a problem.
