Panorama has very good customer service. They speak good enough English to ensure communications is not a frustration like in most places in Ethiopia. Very comfortable spring mattress beds and soft pillows. Its good to have the free bus to the airport, however, their picking service from the airport is not reliable (out of three times, it worked only once)

I have really enjoyed my stay at Panorama Hotel, i was at Ethiopia for business which was really convenient. It was an experience that will make me go for Panorama Hotel for my next visit to Addis.

Good sized rooms, nice staff and good food. We ate both lunch and dinner at the hotel and liked it. It is only a ten minuites drive away from the airport but still close to many venues.
