The electricity is often down. No AC outside of room. The food is bad and the service is very poor. Hotel accepts only cash or Amex. Prices are high for what you get. Hotel is far from center.

I spent five nights in Kempinski Hotel in N'Djamena, in Txad. The hotel is correct but is not a five stars hotel.
The staff is rude and it's difficult to speak with them.
The rooms and the wc are ok with air conditioning.
