Stayed at the Epic Sana in Luanda on a recent business trip based on local recommendations. Though expensive - like most things in Luanda - I thought it was very good. Good rooms, service oriented staff, excellent location, reasonable wifi throughout, reasonable food. I'd definitely stay here again.
