“Don't stay at the Pensao Caravela”

It's important to mention that Luanda is an astronomically expensive city. So accommodation tends to be horribly pricey and barely adequate. All this is true of the Pensao Caravela. A room there cost us $200 a night, including wireless internet and breakfast. The room was average at best and the bathroom was small and pokey. All this I could overlook,... More
