The hotel was good enough.Inside it is like the Oasis..The service wasn't pretty good and the people there (waiters) were extremely impolite.The food was pretty good and the pizza that we ate was very nice. The hotel was a little difficult to find and there are insufficient parking spaces on site. The lobby area was very nice (lots of indoor plants and a little bridge) and staff friendly. We had booked online a superior non-smoking room and paid quite a bit extra for it - it transpired that there were none even though these are shown on the hotel's own website. I visited Tozeur during Aug '06 with some friends. The hotel is perhaps the most dirty one I've stayed at, in my whole life. Cockroaches everywhere, the fridge was not working, and the pipe of the bathtub was clogged. Do not stay there! more

The service was terrible, the sanity was beyond any rating... the bed matrices and the pillows were not for humans generally after a long trip you expect some good treat and relaxation which we didnt find at all in this location. Tozeur is fantastic - we travelled there in March 2006 for a long weekend. It was off season, so the hotel, pool area were quiet and relaxing.
