Good quality after a big fight about overbooking! Had booked 2 doubles many months ago. We arrived after many hours of driving to be told that there was only one room. Unpleasant front office staff tried to persuade us to accommodate with the offer but after one hour of arguing the manager gave in and found the solution.

Serena's really know how to do safari lodges......can't fault it...staff always go extra mile..rooms always well maintained and comfortable...food would rival a Michelin star....pricey but they are 5*

The rooms are housed in domed huts but the standards are amazing, while my room was towards the end the view was still great, watching the Dikdik eating from the balcony with a glass of beer as the sun goes down doesn't get much better.
