Spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Lighthouse Beach Resort in combination with a trip to Mikumi national park last summer. Away from cold Norway to spend some lazy X-mas days in Dar Es Salaam with family. We had a great time and it's always good to come back to The Lighthouse Beach Resort to meet Frank and the rest of the lovely staff. We had a great weekend at The Lighthouse with four families. The staff is excellent, the food is great and the location is beautifull. We spent a lovely weekend at the Lighthouse with several friends, including children. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.They had organized a special BBQ for us, including some singing/dancing by Masaai from the nearby village. Initial reservation was for a smaller group. To fulfill your wishes of staying all there this particular weekend made us rent a neighbor bungalow, since our rooms and bungalows were full.
