The double tree is a very nice hotel -- clean, friendly helpful staff, next door to the Slipway market. I stayed here for business, so didn't know what to expect. Not sure I would have paid if my agency hadn't been footing the bill.

Awful experience with the worst service I've received anywhere - unresponsive check-in and even worse check-out. Meals are average but made worse by the service. The only thing going for this hotel is the location which is great.

The room and bathroom are large and spacious with the most comfortable beds! The staff are very polite and the hotel very silent. There is free internet for guests (found out about this as I was leaving which was a bit disappointing). The swimming pool are and jetty are very beautiful at night.
