Hotel was okay, however, definitely not 5 stars. Breakfast and dinner were average, rooms reasonably clean but in need of a make-over. Staff could not speak English very well. We stayed here as part of a Moroccan tour but in my opinion, a different hotel needs to be found for those of us paying extra for 5 star accommodation. Disappointing. More

Too many stars and too expensive for this hotel with dark rooms, out of fashion decoration, limited service (internet is out of price and staff is slow and incapable). Breakfast was okay but the venue casts a really gloomy and depressing atmosphere. Avoid. More

Disgusting services. the food was bad. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. We had a horrid time in finding any taxis. I asked them for a copy of my receipt through email after returning to my country. I till date I haven't got any response. The water taps had some dirty stuff coming out of them. More
