- Accor Moussafir Meknes

The hotel as the typical 3/4 star Ibis standard with clean and well furnished rooms.
It is very conveniently located just off a main road and right opposite to the main entrance to the old town. Ample free parking is available if you arrive by car.
The staff was friendly and helpful and an early check-in into my pre-reserved room...

I last stayed in this hotel over a year ago when it was still quite new. It is still a very good value for the price paid based on its location and cleanliness, although it is beginning to show signs of age. I thought projecting the local soccer game on the side of the building above the pool area at...

Typical Ibis hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The Internet connection wasn't the best but the location of the hotel is convenient. It's located near the road to Volubilis and only a short walk away from the city highlights. There's a Mc-Donald almost in front of it. Plenty of space in the car park for all sorts of vehicles....

Being threatened by staff (soon stopped when they had a man face upto them )
Overcharged
Broken patio door...

Normally I would not stay in this kind of accomodation on this type of journey but I needed warmth and comfort.
The hotel at Meknes was...

Set midway between the beautiful old city and the new city (about 40 minute easy straight walk from main train station and 15 minute from second station- mapquest it). Set up high on a hill over looking the medina, it's a standard designed Ibis hotel much like Holiday Inn and/or Courtyard by Marriott. You cannot beat the price, service, and...
