I booked this hotel via Splendia website in October, as a surprise 3 night trip for my husband's 30th birthday. I was impressed with Splendia and their communication via web, and they also arranged an airport transfer to the hotel at my request. I booked this hotel via the Splendia website which promised a "luxury" hotel experience - Our experience of Palais Soltan was a combination of poor customer service, a lack of basic hotel facilities and a general mis-description of the hotel location.
