The Riad was just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the main square Jemma el Fna and from the Souks and was a lovely peaceful retreat to come back to. We thought this Riad was excellent, we loved the decor and the breakfast was good and filling. I loved the setup on the roof and liked the... More

My wife and I stayed at villa wenge for 4 nights, it is different to other more authentic riads we had stayed in, because it is modern, however this doesn't take anything away from the riad experience, the service is personal and it is a relaxing place to stay. The rooms are a good size and very clean, the bed... More

Unusually for me, i hadn't read any reviews of the riad before we stayed there, hence i didn't realise that the taxi wouldn't drop you at the door (because it couldn't, to be fair) and that a handcart guy would have to be paid to transfer our bags, so that didn't make a great start to our one night stay.... We had a unusual accident on the way to the riad which required q trip to the hospital etc. Staff were extremely helpful and very accomodating as we had to extend our stay for a few days why the bones healed!!!! Will return there one day with all feet in tact! More

We have stayed in the riad a few days ago, and we were charmed with its location, conditions and, especially, staff. they reall go out of their weay to make your stay enjoyable, whats important you can use your card in the riad for pretty much everything: meals, excursions etc. lovely, spacious rooms, seperate bathrooms as toilets are joined with... This riad was a great experience, it was extremely clean, relaxing and the staff was most helpful. The morning breakfast was a delight and really helped you to get a taste of Moroccan breakfast cuisine. I will warn of two things with this riad. 1) The airport transfer they offer is quite expensive, you can get a taxi from the... More

I was advised by friends who had been to Marrakech the previous year to stay in a Riad instead of a hotel so I did a random search on google and found a website listing the riads. I picked Villa Wenge purely because the rooms looked nice and it looked like it was in a good location. OMG it was... More

For a riad only a few minutes from the madness of the medina this establishment is extremely well kept and an oasis of calm. Die to previous ‘misunderstandings’ with Riad proprietors before we decided to book the whole package through luxury-riads.com. Not only do you not need to worry about getting a decent room or the price when you arrive... More

This a lovely riad well situated in the medina, just a few turns away from Djemaa el Fna. There is a map on the website and it helped tremedously. We did not opt for a pick-up as the taxi ride from the train station was 30 dhirams and then we walked. Inside, the riad is beautiful and calm, despite how... More
