Ali, the manager was the perfect host and nothing was a problem. Very helpful staff who epitomised traditional Moroccan hospitality. Nice and quiet environment away fro the hutle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely pool and exercise facilities. Fabulous, and will sty there again!

I stayed at this beautiful riad with two girlfriends in May 2012. The riad itself is beautifully showcased in traditional Morroccon style. The room we stayed in was basic but clean and stylish. Ali the manager was excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The driver Salah was very helpful taking us to places of interest in the medina. Staff... More

We thoroughly recommend this Riad for a peaceful, traditionally Morroccan experience. Ali the manager spoke superb English to help our stay and travels run smoothly. He was always attentive but never intrusive, giving honest opinions about the tourist places to visit. To get to the centre of Marrakesh it cost £15 sterling one way so do calculate this expense into... More

We were greeted by Ali,the manager, who speaks good English and who was exceedingly helpful throughout our stay. The grass-covered grounds are idyllic, with a good smattering of olive trees and beautiful exotic flowers, also incorporating a good-sized swimming pool, excercise bykes and tennis court. The room we had was very comfortable, with traditional decor, en-suit shower and toilet and... More

We found Las Plameras a comfortable place to stay. Having upgraded room, enjoyed 4 days of relaxation and good morrocan food. Its away from the main town, however Ali and the rest of the staff made sure that our first tip to Marrakech was a memorable one.

I have just come back from a 4 day holiday at this hotel and i really cannot fault it. The staff, exspecially Ali were so helpful and nice, anything we wanted they provided for us. We have just come back from 4 wonderful days where the staff at this family -run hotel made us feel very welcome and really made our holiday extra special. The lovely villa -style hotel is about 30 mins from airport and about 10 minutes to town centre but the hotel driver (Salah) is very helpful and ferried us around, giving... More

This was our first trip to Morocco and we were a little unsure about the location of Las Palmeras. The authentic Morocan food, friendly service and lovely gardens more than made up for the taxi ride into the centre. Don't book the standard room as it us defintely worth the extra to upgrade. Thank you, Ali for looking after and... More

Just returned from a 10 day break, as all the previous comments read the guesthouse is very nice, clean and the staff especially Ali cant do enough for you. We were unaware that we had booked a "traditional room" and assumed that our room would of been similar to the standard displayed of those on the website. We were then... More

What an oasis full of Moroccan charm, which has been rejuvenated by new and thoroughly professional new management since the start of 2012. My wife and I have just had an excellent stay at Las Palmeras; although we arrived late on a Sunday night and were immediately shown to our room and offered dinner by the manager Ali. Our main...
