We found Hayati to be a wonderful cool and peaceful haven from which to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the souks of Marrakech. The riad is very tastefully furnished with wonderful Berber carpets and antiques from all over the Middle East. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable and provided us with all we needed for our stay. The staff... more

This riad more than met all our expectations. From our late arrival at Marrakech airport, we were met by Abdel and driven to the Riad. We were shown to our room where chilled water and fresh fruit were waiting for us. A complimentary meal was then served to us in a private dining area off the central courtyard. Our room... more

We didn't know what to expect as this was our first trip to an Arabic country. The approach to the riad was unexpected at first as we came straight from London and the roads were small and building tightly packed together. We son realised this is the Moroccan way of things. Then we entered the riad and our breath was... more

I am very dissapointed with my stay here. Has been number 1, but why, I do not know payment is demanded before you even arrive. A highly rated riad should take charge cards, but not this riad, cash is king. Rooms were pooky and service not excellent, but ok.. A massive dissappointment. Expectations were not met. With so many great... more

We spent the first three nights of our honeymoon at Riad Hayati and what a treat it was. It exceed our expectations and is even nice that it looks on the web site. We arrived late (typical of Royal Air Maroc) but Abdel was there at the airport waiting for us as promised and took as safely back to the... more

We arrived quite late at night and were fairly stressed and exhausted from a flight delay. Then we were met at the airport by smiling Abdel and wisked off to the riad in 15 minutes. The madina looked so mysterious at that hour but when we walked through the door of the Hayati my partner and I did a collective... more

We were met at the airport as part of the service, taken as far as you can go by taxi and guided the last 200 metres through the old town alleys to the Riad. A good job as we'd never have found it ourselves. Inside it's an oasis of taste and calm. Our room was beautifully decorated and equipped with... more

We spent a perfect week of our honeymoon at this exquisite riad. We had the little Palm Suite with its private terrace, masses of flowers, fruit, candles and super amenities in a bathroom which was almost the size of the room. We were alone when we wanted, but at the touch of a call button breakfast or refreshments appeared in seconds. Our... more

Marrakech lives up to its reputation as an exotic, vibrant, jostling city It never stops day or night: Haggling in the souks, getting lost in the narrow streets, dining in chic French restaurants and clubbing until dawn. And then "crash" --we needed some peace and calm. That's when we were grateful for the Riad Hayati. It has a perfect location... more

There are many positive things to say about our time at Riad Hayati, but what was really impressive and unforgettable was the wonderful, personal service we received from Abdel and Mina, the brother and sister team who keep things running flawlessly at the riad. They make it seems so simple, but these folks clearly know what they are doing and do... more
