I must admit, my stay at this Riad and visit to this country will inevitably remain in my heart’s memory always. Although my flight was late and I didn’t arrive until 1:00 AM my driver was standing there awaiting my arrival. The owner Dominique and staff were also waiting in the parking area to escort me and carry my suitcase... More

After spending a little over two weeks in Morocco, and travelling to six cities, Dar Taliwint was by far the best accommodation we experienced. It is – in a word – beautiful. The central courtyard is open to the sky, with an adjoining sitting room that holds an interesting collection of books (where you can relax with anything from Shakespeare... More

From the moment we landed at Marrakech airport I knew we were in wonderful hands. Lenaick (the owner) had arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport - our flight was delayed but he kindly waited for us. He then took us to the main taxi place in Marrakech where Lenaick and the amazing Yeunis (a member of... More

We had a delightful stay. Do ask Dominic for his recommendations. He also arranged our tours of the Atlas and the valleys. More

This was our second stay at Dar Taliwint, so we came to Marrakech with calm confidence in the knowledge that comfort and tranquility awaited us, heralded by Dominique's warm welcome. He had kindly arranged a chauffeur to pick us up at the airport and came to greet us himself in the little square where the taxis park and led us... More

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Morocco which started with a stay in Dar Taliwint - we couldn't have asked for a better start! Collection from the airport, a warm greeting from the ever helpful Dominique with delicious mint tea / cakes, beautiful peaceful setting with clean rooms - it really was a little haven within a... I booked Dar Taliwint on the advice of a good friend and am so happy I did! My husband and I had spent time in Fez before driving ourselves the long way to Marrakesh via Merzouga, on the edge of the Sahara. Tired and dusty, we arrived to mint tea and beautiful small cakes prepared by our host Dominique. Within... More

Okay, first off I am a reall person and the first time I have have ever done reviews is for my stay in Morocco. This dar was just wonderful - I just read a criticism of it and don't get it. It is beautiful, clean and comfortable, it is easy to find everything, but if you want to get lost... More

As soon as Dominique opened the door in the dusty unpreposessing lane we knew we had arrived in the right place. A cool, restful Moroccan/French interior drew us in and we stood gazing up at the sky, the indoor mosaic fountain and elegant furnishings. The children thought it was fantastic and were all very happy in our peaceful rooms with... More
