Standard clean hotel with non-spacious rooms. Rooms not particularly quiet. Swimming pool side is quite to have a drink, isolated from the noise of the street. It is a little far from the Medina, taxi costs 30 dirham to go there.

Stayed at Diwane Hotel during May'13. Staff were very nice, English was not a problem, Mint tea on arrival. I was not asked to pay any taxes. Room was clean had a TV with BBC and a Movie channel. We too went on a Groupon offer. Hotel rather tired but clean, helpful and friendly staff. Good location close to the start of the tourist bus routes which were well worth doing. Meals perfectly adequate but not memorable. Huge bed! A good choice for a cheap and cheerful few days to explore Marrakech.
