Really lovely property, immaculately decorated, the rooms were toasty warm all the time and they would light a fire if you needed as it was chilly in Feb. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area very relaxed, birds tweet, its a great sun trap, orange trees and palms give you shade. Overall though the staff make it, Yossif on... More

When we arrived we were dropped off at a door way in a small street, looking slightly puzzled until we entered the hotel. Every thing about the hotel was understanded top class service. Although nothing was too much trouble the staff let you enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the hotel. Would recommend it to anybody, had a fabuolus time. More

An oasis of calm in the hectic bustle of Marakech, friendly, helpful, peaceful and relaxing. Le Jardin is an excellent base, slightly removed from the touristy heart of the town which can be overwhelming. The staff are all committed to ensuring guests enjoy their stay. The 'oasis' courtyard and pool are a stunning surprise when you first enter and the... More

This is a great hotel in a great location. Excellent staff and service. Wonderful garden full of birds and orange trees. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, except maybe for the bathrooms which could do with a sprucing up. Disappointment was the restaurant, which once again provided excellent attentive service, was let down by the uninspiring menu and presentation. Although... More

Quite a surprise to arrive at a five star hotel where one is confronted with a brick wall and just a small entry door into what ultimately proved to be the haven beyond! Check in was a relaxing affair with the formalities done whilst sampling local mint tea.The grounds of the hotel are very private with a lovely Islamic style... More

I've been using tripadvisor for many years and have never been moved to review a property before - but my recent trip here has convinced me to abandon my previous stance. Just to give a frame of reference - I (unfortunately for me) travel a fair amount with my job, and in the past 12 months have spent time in... More

This Riad really is an oasis in a hectic city! We had arranged for private pick up via the riad which was worth every penny. Check in was smooth, hassle free and undertaken with a pot of delicious mint tea and fresh dates! Dinner was good and breakfasts were plentiful! Our room was fantastic! We had opted for the solarium... More

Back for a second time to try out the New Years Eve package. I can honestly say that we had our most entertaining evening ever! The entertainment had acrobats, belly dancers, singers , fire-eaters and jugglers. There was even a cameL and Donkey nativity theme! Hope to go back next year! The food was good too! Well done monsieur Fougere! More

I found Les Jardins de la Medina, a very mixed bag. It is a superb property, excellently maintained and always exceedingly clean. Breakfast was always fresh and well prepared and with a great variety. We stayed at the hotel in December 2011 for 7 nights. Our highlights can be seen from the photos, we really appreciated the roof garden and... More
