The staff were very helpful and courteous and made great efforts to help us find our way around. The resort arranges tours and we found this very useful in helping us to get to see something of this large country. We had a large, comfortable, clean one bedroom unit with living room and half kitchen. There were some English speaking... More

Comfortable and basic. Excellent location for restuarants, ATMs, taxis and proximity to the Square, station, Medina, souks and other places of interest. Serviced daily - but no dish washing and NO kitchen sink or bath plugs!! Minimal kitchen cookware - no kettle - takes ages to boil water on 2 plate cooker, rotisserie grill - no microwave. Fridge needed cleaning... More

First of all, tell you cab that the hotel is located off Mohammad VI, across from the Atlas hotel (otherwise you drive in circles forever!) The room was nice, a separate bedroom and then the main room had another sleeping area, living room and a small kitchen. There is a grocery and liquor store within easy walking distance, a great... I was in a 2 bedroom condo, where the second bedroom was a "nook" opposite the kitchen, the 5th bed is a sofa (which I was aware off) but they didn't provide any bedding other than one blanket. The windows were drafty hence very cold, only 1 air conditioning unit in the open plan lounge/2nd bedroom/dining room and kitchen, so... More

The rooms are clean and a fair size. Little space for preparing and eating a meal if you wanted to do proper self catering. The Carpets in the hallways are threadbare. There is a small pool but you are unable to lie by it as there is no room. There are a couple of areas away from the pool where... More

Stayed at the resort with friends. Staff were very friendly. Wonderful views of the Atlas Mountains from our room window and the rooftop bar. Resort is pleasant, although tired could do with a refit, carpets threadbare in places on landings. On the whole very happy with the room that easily acommodated sleeping 4. There were a few problems. Reception could... More

Stayed here on an RCI exchange in a studio room that was much larger than expected with a permanent bed, not a sofa that converted, and a large balcony (not all rooms have this but 520 does). Some of the fittings were tired/less than ideal but overall good. There are only about 22 rooms in total so the place is... More

As you can see by the photos this is a beautiful place to stay. The front gardens are very soothing rich with beautiful pottery and plantlife. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. However, there were many problems. You are given a list of services they provide when you check in. There are many things to do, problem is actually... More
