First of all, the Riad is beautiful, clean, cosy, an oasis of peace in hectic Marrakech. What makes it even more exceptional is the kindness of the owner Georges. Incredibly helpful, he is the ultimate source of information to organize each day, avoid mistakes. He is 100% trustworthy, will even make restaurant reservations for you. Simply said he just does... I booked a 4 night trip to Marrakech as a surprise for my partner’s 30th birthday, with a Living Social deal for Riad Pachavana. However, the Riad was changed at the last minute to Riad Turquoise. I was worried about what the new place would be like, but I had absolutely no reason to be. It was wonderful. Excellent location,... More

We booked this through Expedia and thought it reasonable value. We stayed 4 nights with two friends. First impressions were not good as the taxi (booked in UK via the Riad) dropped us off outside a long, narrow alley that looked very run down. The taxi driver insisted on taking us to the Riad’s front door. However once inside it... More

We stayed for a long weekend in March, on a deal with Living Social. We were originally booked to stay at the Riad Pachavana, but at the last minute were told we'd be at the Turquoise instead. We received a very warm welcome from George and our room was beautifully presented. It opened out onto one of the roof terraces... More

We stayed here for a few nights and it was an oasis of calm. Hosts were fantastic, couldnt do enough for us and really made us feel welcome. The room was very clean and lit by candlelight when we arrived, it looked lovely. The only downside was the room was a little dark in the daytime. Breakfast is excellent and... More

Traditional welcome into the oasis from the chaos outside. Very professional staff, warm service, excellent rooftop dinners cooked to order, beautiful rooms. Could not imagine a lovelier place to stay. But use your smartphone GPS to find it! Tucked away is an understatement.

You walk down a small lane, and as soon as you open the door you step into a colourful oasis. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. The only downside is everyone speaks French and not much English. But you can still communicate with everyone.

This small Riad very well located and close to the el-Bahdi Palace and very easy to find. The rooms and decor of this property are first class. George and his assistant Kabir are so helpful as are the rest of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is a treat and guests sit together at a beautifully... More

Just returned from a lovely weekend at the most beautiful Riad. A small door in an alleyway leads into a stunning courtyard and at once you feel relaxed. The riad is decorated to a stunning standard with interesting little features everywhere. Beautiful terrace next to the Badi Palace with storks nesting and chattering away. Lovely sunset views. Our room was... More

We can highly recommend this Riad. It is clean, elegant, thoughtfully decorated throughout, very quiet and conveniently located. It is a good place to chill out and relax - essential after a trip outside into the intensity and chaos that is Marrakesh. Loved the roof terraces. There is a good vibe here, the staff are warm and friendly people. Despite... More
