“Very disappointing and distressing experience”

Despite emailing and texting the manager of this riad informing that our flight was seriously delayed, we arrived at the airport at 4 in the morning to find the promised chauffeur had not turned up. We attempted to find the riad Sirr which was virtually impossible. Eventually we found the riad after negotiating a maze of tiny unlit passage ways... More

“It's not worth the price!”

The design and the mood of this Riad is really nice. The service is out of discusion! To get a mint tea at 10pm is not possible, to get a reservation for a taxi to the airport in the morning, really difficult... It's not a service like we expect in a Riad of this price class.
