If you are tired to stay in the polluted Medina go there. The riad is beautifully decorated by Vanessa and you will feel like staying in a Friends house. Vanessa and Emmanuel, the owners are very friendly and will do everything to please you. All the rooms are very nice, with a beautiful view on the countryside and the swimming pool.... More

I have just returned from a 4 night stay in the Riad Al Mendili in Marrakesh. Our first time to Morroco I was uncertain whether to stay in the busy city or on the more relaxed outskirts. I am glad we chose the Riad just 20 minutes outside the hustle and bustle of an interesting historical city. This way we... More

On our arrival we were welcomed by the hotel owners Vanessa and Emmanuel who were extremely friendly. We were presented with a hot towel and a delicious glass of mint tea. Perfect!! This kasbah really is a piece of paradise. It gets better and better every time I go. I have just come back from my third trip to the kasbah and it feels like home to me now. Vanessa and her attention to every detail always make my stay a perfect one - even during desert storms -. Looking forward to... More

The French hosts are very welcoming (though it helps to have a bit of French!), and their (only) fluent English speaking member of staff, Hassan, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable with a fantastic view of the Atlas Mountains beyond the well-tended gardens and pool. The kasbah-style architecture and decor seems authentic even though I... More

This trip was a 40th birthday treat. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking scenery of the Atlas Mountains from your room. The suites were luxurious and very comfortable with a fire being lit upon request in your personal lounge area. The food was of excellent quality and the fact that you could have breakfast brought to your bedroom... More

3 nights here was a perfect break, with direct flights from Edinburgh and a driver from the hotel waiting for us at the airport. Great rooms, all with great views of the gardens and mountains beyond, fantastic food and a great welcome from Vanessa & Emmanuel. Website & other reviews have it spot on. Spent one evening in the Medina,... More

When you read a long list of reviews for a newish hotel, all praising it to the hilt, there is always THAT suspicion. Well, rest assured, this place is the real deal. Set in quiet isolation within the arid countryside, this is an oasis in more ways than one, with well maintained grounds (including a large, clean swimming pool) surrounding... More

We booked all ten rooms for a business 'weekend retreat'. This was based purely on the good internet reviews we'd seen, plus recommendations from Moroccan business contacts. From the moment we arrived we knew we'd made an excellent choice: This two year old place is extremely well-designed, and it met all our needs. We now understand why being out in... More
