We visited this riad in November 2011. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the heater was not working, and it was fairly cold in November. The food was also way overpriced. However, the staff (1 person) was very attentive and helpful, so that helped tremendously. Overall a nice experience. More

We stayed for 3 nights and although was low season and really quite it was a nice stay. The riad is just beautiful, the rooms are really big and so are the bathrooms. Breakfast was different every day and dinner was excelent. You can go to have dinner with entairtaing next door from the riad, and a full day in... More

A wonderful place. Authenticity in deco: it is amazing, in each detail from single chair up to the roof. Authenticity in food: want to taste Fassi cooking? Just sit down there. I have in mind a carrots-salad and lemon-chicken that will take me a while to find better. Above all, authenticity in kindness: there you know what Moroccan Hospitality is.... More

Our stay in 20 Jasmins was made fabulous, thanks to this very beautiful riad. Staff was extremely helpful, easy-going and willing to chat with us, food was gorgeous, location perfect, and the nice and cosy patio was appropriate to relax and meet people. The riad felt like a second home for our one-year-old daughter! This is surely the best way... More

This beautifull riad lies in the medina of fez with a peaceful garden and gives you the vibe you hope for in Fez. Hicham, the manager was very helpful and friendly. He made our stay at this 'palace' complete. The food is good too! The only downside is the price, which is a bit high, but the looks and vibe... More

Stayed 3 nights with partner. Booked via Thomas Cook & there were only one other couple in riad at time Nicely restored as per previous reviews & room nice overlooking inner square of riad. Hot water bit slow to come through at times but minor issue. Staff really helpful but think you would get better value by sorting out trips... More

Let me say this about booking riads ahead of time in Morocco - don't do it, you'll be severally overpaying! The best option is to just show up and find a riad and negotiate the rate. You can find a nice riad for $20-$30, if you book in advance, you'll be paying more than double. Anyways, Riad au Vingt Jasmins... More

This riad was beautiful, the service was impeccable, and – although we found the dinner a bit pricey - the food was fabulous. We absolutely loved our stay here. They even went a huge extra step for us. When we arrived, they said I probably hadn’t realized that the room I had reserved had 2 single beds instead of a... More

The Riad au Vingt Jasmins is a magnificently restored traditional Moroccan dwelling. With its soaring ceilings, garden, tilework and wood carving, entering the riad is like taking a magic carpet ride back in time. The service was outstanding, the food excellent and the location perfect for visiting the famous medina. Rooms are quite comfortable and have views into the interior... More

Fez is a universe to be explored. A well kept secret strongly suggests that during your stay the Vingt Jasmins should become your home. It is a very comfortable place, beautifully renovated, quiet, serene, well situated and to be recommended especially when visiting the annual festival of sacred music. More
