We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and found it quite nice. However we found the service slow especially in the restaurants. The free in-room WiFi was available but the signal was so poor that it was better to sit in the lobby to use it. However, we would stay there again if we were to visit Fes again.

We were part of a tour group and all of us loved this hotel rooms were clean and comfortable breakfast fantastic and staff so helpfull After walking through the madina in the heat it was great to return to such a loverly hotel and laze by the pool.
