I had such a pleasant time at Fez Aya I went back and stayed 81 days. It's my home away from home. Foad and Fedoua treated me like one of the family. I was there for the whole of Ramadan and mostly ate my meals with the family. The food was fantastic and I had a very happy and comfortable... More

Fouad and Fadoua are always available to help, and this is what I liked the most. Rooms are small but functional, and good value for money (breakfast is included and is served in the patio, which gives you the chance to meet the other guests). We had a problem in the room (water flooded from the bathroom into the room... More

Nice looking place but a little bit dark inside! There was no terrace and no windows but it is normal inside medina! Really nice owner- helps if it is needed! They do not clean room every day but it was not a problem!

The good location in the Medina, the excellent ratio price/quality and the courtesy of Fouad family make Riad Fez Aya a right choose for a short stay in Fez. Rich breakfast, good foods taste and flavour, family charm. Room small but clean and confortable. Some trouble only with the water discharge of shower, too slow. I hope to be there... More

Not far from the blue gate is an alleyway that leads to a secret passage that leads to another narrow ally with a dead end. The door at the end of this alley is a new cedar door leading to a newly restored Maison called Fez Aya. Behind this door your step down onto a cool mosaic floor and out... More

Maison Fez Aya is a fantastic middle-priced boutique hotel. It has been recently restored and just looks beautiful with fresh paint, ornate tile work and new furniture. Concealed in a domestic street of the medina this hotel has a delightful family home charm to it. You feel much more like a welcomed guest in someone’s home than just another client... More
