They care every single detail to make our stay comfortable! We stayed 3 nights in a roomy, double-deck, penthouse, and beautifully decollated family suite. We wanted to stay one more night, however, it was fully booked. So they booked another nearby/similar/excellent riad for us.

We stayed in late March of 2012. We were met at the taxi and walked to the Riad. Short walk. When we arrived we were upgraded to the family suite. Beautiful room. Calm, quiet, comfortable, well decorated and great service. Very nice spot right in the middle of things, but once you're inside you'd never know you were in the middle of the medina.

Just brilliant! My room was fit for a princess and I was treated like a princess! The staff were so helpful and friendly!!! They gave me lots of great tips and organised taxi´s, tour guides and even suggested where I eat! brilliant.
