First trip to Casablanca, I wanted to stay at a Moroccan Hotel. Perfect experience to really get the feel of Casablanca. Close walk to Medina shops, fine restaurants, transportastion and seaport. Very helpful and friendly staff, all of whom went out of their way to assist and serve. Local and regional taxi stand at hotel. Will stay there on next... More

We were bone tired and this was the first hotel we walked into and booked in. What a mistake. Overpriced and out of Hugh Hefner's 60's. We asked for towels that took 2hrs. to arrive. We had to go to dinner and come back, before they arrived. The safe was a relic and when asked, they were to send someone... More

This hotel just made me sad. To travel so far... It is no where near a 4 star hotel. It barely gets a 2 from me. I traveled with a group called Adventures for Singles who misrepresented most of the hotels we stayed in. The good: the staff were friendly and kind. They wanted to do a good job but... More

Not the worst hotel I ever stayed in but this is NOT a 4 star hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was very nice. Get used to climbing the stairs as the elevators are not in the best working order. Food not horrible but not great either. Bathroom is very small but great water pressure.

This hotel is not nearly as bad as other reviews make it out to be. A friend and I booked in as it was the designated hotel of the tour we were on. I was anticipating the worst considering the reviews I'd read but we were pleasantly surprised. It is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff don't speak English... More

Stayed one night in this harbour close hotel in Casablanca. The hotel looks a bit out dated, but must have been a very high class hotel when it opened some years ago. We had a room facing the harbour and just outside the hotel there is a main road, nothing strange about that. However the Moroccans have another way of... More

oct 09 - our guide booked this as a 4 star luxury hotel and when we got there we had an argument because believe me this is a 1 star hotel. They gave us a key to look at a room after I insisted and when my husband and I went up there was someone sleeping in the bed..... The... More

The adress provided for this hotel was incorrect, so I ended up on the wrong side of town initially. Staff were difficult to communicate with as English not well known (understandable in a French/Arabic speaking country, but no real effort made). The hotel booklet describes facilities and such, ie tours - see reception, transfers - see reception. Upon seeing reception... More

It sounded good: a 4 star hotel at the centre of town. I chose it as a one night stopover becuase it promised wifi and ocean views. As it turned out it was a noisy, poorly managed hotel. The wifi didn't work in my room (though it did in reception), there was no hot water, I was kept awake until... More

The hotel itself is ok, good position and the rooms are fine. We had a very bad experience though - on arriving we were told we had to go to another hotel as there were problems with our room. This turned out to be a total lie and it seems they just overbooked and decided to ship us off to... More
