This hotel is filthy. Starting with the outside appearance,the outside large windows are disgusting. Most of the rooms are dirty, bathrooms not working properly. It took three tries to get one that was habitable.

Location is fine, not far from the medina. However, floors are filthy, breakfast was the most pathetic - even the bread was 35 minutes late and the orange juice tasted like cordial. Service poor. We stayed here as part of a Road Scholar tour on October 19th. Our room smelled and was dirty. Another room was dirty and had leftover food.Several other rooms had assorted combinations of beds, none of which made sense. None of the rooms was clean. Yes, they did change our room. The sink in the bathroom was complitly bloock. We had a flod in the bathroom and the water run to the room. We used the towels to dry the floor. The reseption refuse to replace the towels. The man from the reseption was very ostile and refused to identify him self!!!

Taxi driver recommended this hotel to us as we had arrived in Casablanca with no reservations. We were initially quoted 100 euros. Don't stay here the taxi driver dropped me off saying it is 4 stars 800dh per night. The room is large with CNN or BBC. But the floor is so dirty your bare feet iare black after walking on it. Had reservations for another Hotel. They could not accomodate us so they sent us here. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom w/bathtub spacious. Would stay again. Very convenient for overnight.
