This is my second stay at this hotel ,every thing is perfect ,the room very spacious, execlent food at the restaurants and amazing breakfast in the morning . They have a lounge bar on the 27th floor , the view is stunnig .check in and out is fast . good news the internet is free now .

Lovely, I spent one of the most facinating times in it The rooms are grate, the gym is grate, the food is good and it is located in the center of a good place near market I will defenetly be interested to go back, for the third time

It is one of the best hotels in Caza; elegant, nice staff and helpful, wide rooms, clean, comfortable beds, life area without sleep noise, nice lounge at lobby, airport service (surcharge), clean bathrooms with all toilet baskets; can't complain.

Great localization, great accommodations, great view, great service! Free internet in the rooms, although it was better in the lobby. Since they were out of smoking rooms, they gave a junior suite. Definitely a place to come back.

Room and bath nicely appointed Unfortunately found hotel to be weak with some of the basics like internet (endlessly having to reconnect, obtain and enter passwords), slow service, etc. Food nothing great (like eating at a Marriott or Hyatt). wouldn't stay there again

Staff are super friendly and nice. The room is good and comfy. Bathroom is very big and there are many choices, rainfall shower, normal shower or a bathtub.. my son said wow when we first enter the room.. but what I like most is the food there.. Food is very very good in this hotel.. breakfast and dinner!

Great view. Dirty Linens. Clogged Sinks. Bad Smell. Dusty/unclean everything in room (desk, chair, couch etc). Long/Tough Check in and Check out further complicated by billing for items on checkout that werent ours. Internet was slow. Just pick somewhere else.
