bathroom issues: 1) water temperature in shower would go from hot to cold 2) shower curtain rack not functioning properly, resulted in water getting on the floor 3) do to the design, almost impossible to turn faucet off 4) mattress needs to be replaced, i would sink down 4-6 inches when I sat on it
