It was only $36 a night so one can not expect much. The motel and its rooms were tired and dated. The thing is the owners could spend half a million to a million dollars redoing the place . . . . but then they would have to charge $89+ a night to recoup their investment, so it does fulfill... More

The room was so disgusting that guests gathered outside to watch the reactions of new arrivals. Everything was stained and filthy. The fronts of drawers were even missing! Rumor spread that the second block of rooms was worse. There is no excuse for this mess and it harms the whole chain.

This is a budget type hotel that is adequate for its type. Just off I-20 and Washington Road. Lobby with two separate buildings behind lobby. Has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. Even the cleaning people said it was a roach motel and they would never stay there. Everything had stains on it. Absoultely the most disgusting room I have ever had to stay in. Best thing that could happen to this place is a good fire.
