This is a budget type hotel that is adequate for its type. Just off I-20 and Washington Road. Lobby with two separate buildings behind lobby. No coffee in rooms, but had coffee in the lobby and continental breakfast. I was there Masters Week so not sure if that's normal or not. They had some very tasty sausage and biscuits and... More

We were lucky enough to get tickets to The Masters Par 3 contest in their lottery. As soon as I found out I got the tickets, I booked this motel , which was about 6 months in advance. They jack the price up as everyone else did, which at the time aggrevated me. My husband just came back from his... More

This is a pretty typical hotel layout, and the room itself wasn't exceptional in any way. Clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy. What did stand out was the hospitality. Upon arriving on the afternoon before attending a practice round at Augusta National, we learned that this facility provided a very nice spread for guests in the evening: cold beverages, wings... Has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. Even the cleaning people said it was a roach motel and they would never stay there. Everything had stains on it. Absoultely the most disgusting room I have ever had to stay in. Best thing that could happen to this place is a good fire.

I have traveled a lot of places. but I have never been booked in such bad conditions. I checked in, saw the room and checked back out at 1:00 A.M. in the morning after driving all day. I had planned to stay there for a whole week because I was there for my son's wedding. I had to ride around... More

We can upon this place by default. Our original reservations were for the Best Western on Bel Air Rd (which has changed it's name to Park West Inn). They screwed up our reservation up and sent us to their sister hotel, the Guesthouse Inn on Washington Road. Talk about nasty.......the carpeting was stained everywhere, the mattresses were paper thin, the... More

Seeing a billboard stating $32.00 any room, we inquired if they had availability. She said the room would be $40.00. Asked about the billboard, she said it was still up because it was hit by lightning. We went to the room. The dust on the TV was so thick you could put your initials on it. The air conditioner was...
