Hotel is downtown, there is no swimming pool. The hotel is surrounded by concertinia wire due to the high crime in the area. All of the business around have armed guards. The resturant was not very good. On the plus side, the AC in the rooms were outstanding.
Nice hotel Beds are comfortable. Nothing special, as you would expect in Europe, but nice for the local quality. Don't get confussed by the aerial cables everywhere. The area is safe and quiet. The Clarion is an old hotel that has been redone with classic American styling of deep greens, maroon and woods. It's kind of neat that you sit at a desk signing in instead of standing at a counter.
