My (4) friends and I just got back from La Ceiba and Rainbow Village is amazing! Barbara is a fantastic owner and an even better cook. If you are traveling to or through La Ceiba this hotel is worth every Limpira.

We had to stay over night in La Ceiba for a flight, found Rainbow Village on trip advisor and decided to use it. Barbara made us feel right at home. The service, food and rooms were great. Would highly recommend it. Say hi to Rex from us.

This hotel was perfect for our group's needs. Owner, Barbara Sickenberger, went out of her way to ensure we had a good experience. Hotel just a few minutes from the airport. Free pickup & drop off at airport, though car could only carry 3 plus driver, so we took multiple trips. Food was great. Loved the bratwurst (Barbara is German.)

I stayed at Rainbow Village the night before an early flight out of La Ceiba. Clean rooms, good service and the option of a convenient traffic-free airport drop off. Would recommend to anyone needing to catch flights out of La Ceiba (especially useful if the Bay Island ferries are not running, and that's where you're looking to go).

Very easy to get to/from airport. All of the staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. German food was plentyful and great. Live in Az and have been going to Honduras since 1998.
