“Outstanding service”

The property is not impressive but it compensate with the service of the staff. They really go out of the way to assist you and it seems genuine. The suchi restaurant is very good and also the pizza place. Its on Zona 10 the area were the financial business happens. Keep up the good service.

“Best in Central America”

I've been here almost two weeks now and I have been well pleased with the services and accommodations. The office space is ideal and the extra office supplies are helpful. The pool, gym, and hot tub are fantastic. The restaurants gouged a little but overall, great experience. I will definitely continue to stay at Intercontinental.

“Unlike wines, aging poorly”

Aging rooms, friendly service. Below every modern standard for in house TV entertainment. The hotel has reduced the quality of the services, notably for breakfast. Mediocre diner service. I do not know how long this hotel will be able to maintain the Intercontinental brand.

“Great Hotel”

Very nice hotel, 3 resturants, all with great tasting food. Nice gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, good size and had all the necessary amenities. The only issue I had was that not always the staff understood my English.
