I'm sad to say we are leaving the Villas today. This resort is absolutely wonderful. The staff sincerely do all they can to make your experience the best. Banyan Bay has always been and will continue to be perfect for that tropical get away. The staff (all) are friendly and attentive to any issues. We go yearly and will continue to do so. The grounds, beach, rooms are maintained daily. Housekeeping is the best. More

We found the hotel showing it's age (and we supposedly stayed in the higher end rooms). It would be a 3-star at best. The staff, however, was very nice and pleasant. The resturant, on site was also very nice w/great staff. It would be more like staying at a Super 8 w/a kitchen in the room. More
