My family and I ate there and were extremely dissappointed. The food was awful and the service crass and unconcerned. We were really looking forward to our meal together and I can honestly say that I have never been to a restaurant where every course was barely edible. Customers beware!!!! More

The Inn needs a major update all around! The electricity was a huge issue off and on during the Thanksgiving holiday. The food was horrendous. It's really unfortunate because the Gibson Inn is such a integral part of Apalachicola's history but someone needs to take charge!! We visit the area often and will not be back to the Gibson Inn. This Inn is a historic landmark in the centre of a very pretty and historic Floridian town. The rooms are all very different but beautifully furnished, some with four poster beds.
