This is a recently renovated, clean and very reasonably priced facility. It is very close to the beach and the main part of the charming village of Avalon. The owners are very hands-on, fully engaged managers and they're very courteous and helpful. All in all this is a great value and a nice place to stay. We'll certainly be back!
