Beds were comfy. Small room. Shower floor was stained, it looked horrible. Good price and 15 minutes from Morro bay. Saved us about $50., since we drove to the bay instead. They had coffee in the a.m. staff was friendly when we checked in. Rooms were clean.

Stayed 2 nights here while visiting family. This is your basic, no frills, reefer, microwave, coffeepot room, but fits the budget.
