Very nicely kept property! Had a junior suite and was very comfortable and enjoyable. Would recommend though to others to request rooms on the opposite site from the highway. Lots of morning noice from the highway 101. Close to Pismo Beach. Everything you would expect to find from a well run Hampton property.

This was the smallest of the Hampton Inns we have stayed in. As with the other ones, this one was very new, but the rooms were smaller then we were used to. Good breakfast (included), convenient location if you are driving south from Monterrey area down Big Sur. There is Trader Joe on a plaza next to the hotel but no fridge in the room.

booked this Inn on hotwire.com it was very affordable and it still has that new smell. The rooms were extremely nice and modern. The beds were so comfortable I had a fantastic sleep. Yes, freeway side. Very noisy! We checked in at night so I couldn't tell how close to the freeway we were until AM. Seems noisier than most. Also, could hear the TV in the next room clearly. We are fans of Hampton Inns. They are usually very nice, clean and have good amenities. This property meets those standards. It is fairly new and nicely decorated. The artwork is especially nice. Spent 1 night here on the way to Santa Barbara. It is a typical Hampton Inn. Clean comfortable room, standard continental breakfast. We were lucky to have stayed on the quieter side. We were told by other guests that the rooms on the freeway side were very noisy.Staff was very helpful at check in.

We got a great deal on this hotel via Priceline for 2 nights. We really only needed a room to sleep in so didn't care that it wasn't closer to the water.
