Had to go on business in this area. The hotel is brand new and staff is wonderful. Looking forward to my next trip.

This hotel was the nicest Hampton Inn that I have stayed in. The staff is very courteous and the girl at the front desk was the friendliest I have met. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in Hampton hotels before and always been happy to do so, and the one in Arcata is no exception. Having a nice hotel to stay at in Arcata will make my work and travel much more efficient as I have always stay in Eureka before. It is indeed the nicest place to stay in Arcata, and the most expensive, with standard rooms running about $130-160 a night. The WiFi is dependable but hardly warp speed, housekeeping and the rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the indoor pool and gym are terrific and unexpected. Had to travel to the Eureka area for a business conference. Parts of Eureka are a little "shady", and I was wary of staying someplace I wouldn't feel safe by myself.
