This hotel is by far the nicest hotel in the Arcata/Euerka area. I have stayed here numerous times and I have never been disappointed.
The check-in was flawless with the staff going the extra mile to make you happy. I always ask for a first floor room facing the rear of the building which is extremely quiet. A group of...

I do have to wonder why this "Hampton Inn and Suites" doesn't offer an actual "Suite", but other than that, we had a really nice stay. Beds are comfortable, service was fast, pleasant, and efficient, there was a lot of food choice in the breakfast, and the property was well maintained and/or pretty new. No loud fridge or heater/AC to...

This hotel was the nicest Hampton Inn that I have stayed in. The staff is very courteous and the girl at the front desk was the friendliest I have met. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in Hampton hotels before and always been happy to do so, and the one in Arcata is no exception. Large rooms, well appointed and comfortable, free Wifi (that actually works!) freely available tea/coffee both in the rooms and the lobby and friendly, efficient staff. Not much else I need from a hotel, so more than happy to...

The hotel is very welcoming, with a nice warm lobby and nice bright hallways. The rooms are nice and warm with a functional computer table and chair, wireless and wired internet in the room....

It is indeed the nicest place to stay in Arcata, and the most expensive, with standard rooms running about $130-160 a night. The WiFi is dependable but hardly warp speed, housekeeping and the rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the indoor pool and gym are terrific and unexpected. Big flat screen TV although the local cable leaves...

Had to travel to the Eureka area for a business conference. Parts of Eureka are a little "shady", and I was wary of staying someplace I wouldn't feel safe by myself. Picked the Hampton based on reviews. It was a great choice. Staff was very courteous. The room was quiet and extremely comfortable. Nice soft bed. Good free wireless internet....
