Ok hotel in great location. Needs a little spruce up in terms of carpets, beds, furnishings. Walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors talking all night. Location was tight on the downtown square.

I have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed both visits thoroughly. Great location, easy to park, friendly front dest and quaint, clean rooms. I have no complaints and will be back again. This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Arcata!

The rooms are clean, the location is perfect for going anywhere in arcata and the staff is very friendly. Some of the rooms are dated but that's the whole point of the hotel. We plan on staying whenever in arcata.
