This was our family's third stay at Apple Lane Inn. We favor the Wine Cellar, and look forward to our return when our son graduates UC Santa Cruz next June. Apple Lane Inn is a 125 year old elegant farmhouse. We stayed in "Uncle Chester" and slept in a 225 year old poster bed. The room had charming squeaky wood floors (you'd squeak too if you were 125 years old). I enjoyed feeding crab apples to the goat and horse. Doug, the innkeeper is "a kick".
