When I first entered the suite, I was pleasantly surprised. The room seemed clean and well-organized. Shortly after I'd turned in for the night, I happened to switch on the bedside lamp. Our hotel's management and front desk staff have not received any complaints of roaches or any other types of bugs in any of our rooms. If a guest were to find roaches in a room, we would ask that they call the front desk immediately so we could offer them a different room as well as have that room serviced....
