Like a European hotel, the Madera feels like it's part of the fabric of its neighborhood--in this case the Dupont Circle area and Embassy Row. Very reasonable price for D.C., but the bathroom is so small that you cannot dry yourself without hitting the wall if you are not careful. The bedroom is adequate and very clean.
