Staff were very accommodating and professional. Easy walk from Metro, direct line from Ronald Reagan Airport. The room was clean and comfortable and I was lucky to get a room that faced the courtyard. As a single female in dc on business it was great, for walking and there is a taxi stand right outside. Bluntly, this place is run by 2-year-olds, with the work ethic of 102-year-olds. Oh, and it's LOUD. The VRE (train) runs right behind the building. Business stay overnight. Luckily needed to rise early because there is a multitrack railway directly beside the hotel.
